What should I do if I have changed my mind once I’ve receive my order
All goods can be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt as long as they are unused & in the original packaging & fit for re-sale.
- Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to ous within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
- Any ‘FREE GIFTS’ with the products must also be returned.
- Curtains: we cannot accept curtains back once the cords have been pulled, so please make sure they fit before starting to hang.
- For obvious reasons we cannot accept back personalised or made to measure items.
You must organise the return of all unwanted items at your expense and risk.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number.
The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation may not enable us to identify it sender & therefore will not be able to process a refund.
What if the item is outside the 14 days?
If you want to return an item & you have had it more than 14 working days, it is up to the discretion of Your Cosy Home if we accept it back, please contact us to discuss further.
What if the item is faulty, what should I do?
All faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full. Please email us to inform us of the extent of the damage, we may ask you to provide photographs of the damage, please keep all packaging. We will discuss the procedure for returning the faulty items. The cost of the return delivery will be refunded to you by Your Cosy Home.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves to check for completeness and that the correct product has been returned.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
Depending on what is missing and the amount of damage only a percentage of the refund will be processed, due this item not being re-saleable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the items have been received & checked you will receive a refund within 14 working days, although this is usually within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. This will be via the same payment format you paid.
